| * Weddings and Commitment Ceremonies* KC Sound Express will be there to make this your special day. There will be no crazy clowns or dancers to take away from your special moments. The DJ, Chris Kaplan, can also serve as your emcee. DJ and assistant attire will be formal (tuxedo shirt, tie and pants). Prior to the event you will be provided with a Checklist of Wedding Considerations and Order of Events, which will be discussed when we meet. It’s best to set up a meeting as soon as we pick a date. We will then work on customizing your song list and attend to other details. We will continue to communicate via phone and e-mail up until the date. Pricing for Weddings and Commitment Ceremonies A four hour reception starts at $450.00 (Additional fees may be charged for travel out of the Central Florida area) Additional hours are $75 an hour. This can include the ceremony if in the same location. Package arrangements can be made if you desire a DJ for your Rehearsal Party/Dinner or Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties. Your Package will include: A professional sound and PA System Cordless Mike Extensive list of music (available via e-mail) Emcee Services Chris Kaplan as your personal DJ, plus a DJ assistant Set-up and Tear Down A meeting with the prospective couple once the date is established A Checklist of Considerations and Order of Events Unlimited consultation and phone support A signed Contract specifying all details. A 25% Discount can be given for events falling on Sundays or Weekdays. A minimum of three hours is required. |
